Welcome to Quality Pest Control and Maintenance (QPCM). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.


Services

QPCM offers pest control and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients. We are committed to providing high-quality, professional, and effective pest management solutions.


Appointments

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • All bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Confirmation may be required via email, phone, or other agreed communication methods.
  2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
    • A cancellation fee of $150 will apply if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • If you are unavailable at the scheduled appointment time without prior notice, QPCM reserves the right to charge the full service fee.

Payments

  1. Payment Terms:
    • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer.
  2. Late Payments:
    • Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as permitted by applicable laws.

Liability

  1. QPCM is not liable for damages or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays caused by traffic, weather, or access issues.
  2. While we take every precaution to minimize risk, QPCM is not responsible for any incidental damages caused by the use of pest control products.

Warranties

  1. QPCM provides a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days of the service date for a resolution.
  2. This guarantee does not cover:
    • Reinfestation due to structural issues or customer negligence.
    • Pest problems outside the scope of the original service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate information about the pest issue.
  2. Ensure safe and clear access to the property.
  3. Follow all pre- and post-service instructions provided by QPCM to achieve optimal results.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $150 applies if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee covers administrative costs and the allocation of resources for your appointment.


Privacy Policy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is used only for the purposes of providing our services.


Amendments

QPCM reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.


Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
